Step 1 - Assessing Your Current Fund A full assessment of your current superannuation, insurance and employee benefit structures, providers’ administration services and quality, fund performance, policy terms, fee analysis and adviser/provider contact and services Step 2 – Setting Goals and Objectives Working with employer representatives in documenting what is required from a superannuation fund, including insurance benefits, investment options, education and advice Step 3 – Analysis Legan analyses the identified shortfalls resulting from Steps 1 & 2 and seeking solutions. This may involve sourcing an alternative fund that meets the needs. Step 4 – Recommendations We recommend solutions to you. This may include a number of alternatives Step 5 – Implementation Once a solution is agreed with you we then project manage its implementation. This could range from setting up a new super fund and transferring members’ benefits, installing efficient administration systems, to setting up an education, communication and advice programme. |
